Timeshare Company Alleged in Consumer Fraud

As reported by Legal Newsline, North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has issued a cease and desist order against the company doing business as Premier Timeshare Solutions. They are a Palm Beach Gardens, Florida timeshare company that has allegedly violated North Dakota's consumer fraud, home solicitation sales and do not call laws.

In addition, the principals of the company, Jose Goyos, and Kristina Cameron, have been included in the cease and desist order. Stenehjem has alleged that they falsely promised timeshare owners that they had buyers ready to purchase their timeshare resales.

"Premier's deceptive sales practices constitute an absolute scam. Premier's claims that they have buyers for the timeshares are untrue and are nothing more than a ruse to obtain money under false pretenses," Stenehjem said. "This conduct in North Dakota will be prosecuted."

The consumers allege that they had been charged thousands of dollars in advance for timeshare resale services by Premier Timeshare Solutions, but the company never delivered. One consumer claimed that they paid $4,200 for this service with no result. When the timeshare owners attempt to follow up with the company, their calls go unanswered, there is no way to leave a message and no refunds are ever issued.
