If you love to ski in Breckenridge, you will be pleased to know that Breckenridge Grand Vacations has opened the second phase of their newest resort, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. This luxurious ski-in/ski-out timeshare resort is located at the base of the Independence SuperChair and at a turn station of the BreckConnect Gondola in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is the third resort to be built by Breckenridge Grand Vacations, who also developed the Gold Point Resort and Grand Timber Lodge. This new resort is considered to be one of Breckenridge’s premier lodging and timeshare developments.
In June of 2009, phase one of the resort opened and included 14 residences. With the phase two opening complete the resort now has an additional 21 residences. Resort amenities include: concierge desk, lobby bar, Sevens restaurant, indoor/outdoor aquatics area, Soothe Day Spa and Salon, fitness facility, grotto, Family Fun Center with game room and 2 theatres.
The resort is still in development with a third phase scheduled to open in December of 2010. After that, there will be two more phases left to complete which will bring the resort to a total of 114 residences by the year 2014.
