RedWeek.com is the largest on-line marketplace for timeshare owners to advertise timeshare rentals, resales or exchanges. There's a reason that RedWeek has over 1,000,000 online members. It's easy to: post your timeshare resort with your specific information, edit the post when necessary, respond to inquiries, and complete the transaction.
How Does It Work?
As a timeshare owner, you post your timeshare and Redweek.com brings you customers. You get email offers and have all the control regarding the transaction. If you are visitor to RedWeek.com interested in a timeshare resale or rental, the budget-friendly membership fee of just $14.99 for 12 months gives you access to all of the timeshare postings on RedWeek.com so you can choose the perfect vacation destination.
Posting Timeshares
Once you have become a member, posting your timeshare for resale or rent is done through accessing "Your Account." There you will get important help such as the step-by-step process for posting a resale and the step-by-step process for posting a rental. Other questions, such as "How do I complete the transaction?" and "How should I price my timeshare rental or resale?" are also answered. In "Your Account" it's also easy to quickly view, edit, renew or deactivate your postings.
It’s Easy
Redweek.com makes things easy. With just a few clicks of your mouse you can find a specific destination. Then you'll see all of the resorts listed that have a timeshare for rent, resale or exchange. Browsing through each resort's site will give you information on not only that resort's amenities, but the timeshares that are available and their specifics. And there are plenty of up-to-date photos to give you a good idea what the resort and the units look like.
How Do I Contact a Timeshare Owner?
When you find an offering you're interested in, you will contact the owner personally, through an email address or a telephone number. This information is found in the "Details and Contact" section of every posting. At this point, if you're not already a RedWeek.com member you will be asked to join in order to be able to contact the timeshare owner.
Your membership will also give you access to members' reviews of that resort, and additional details of the timeshare unit posted by the owner to further assist you in making a decision. If you are unable to connect with the owner to arrange a transaction, notify RedWeek.com within 30 days and you will receive a full refund of your membership fee.
Managing your timeshares and taking timeshare vacations is easy, fun, and budget-friendly when you partner with RedWeek.com.

Timeshare Resort vs. Hotel

Many travelers are unaware that renting timeshare units are far superior to hotel rooms in comfort and price, especially for families and large groups.
A typical hotel gets you one room with a bed and a bathroom. Most timeshare resorts, however, feature multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and many have resort activities and amenities not found at hotels.
