Posting Timeshares
Once you have become a member, posting your timeshare for resale or rent is done through accessing “Your Account.” There you will get important help such as the step-by-step process for posting a resale and the step-by-step process for posting a rental. Other questions, such as “How do I complete the transaction?” and “How should I price my timeshare rental or resale?” are also answered. In “Your Account” it’s also easy to quickly view, edit, renew or deactivate your postings.

It’s Easy
Redweek.com makes things easy. With just a few clicks of your mouse you can find a specific destination. Then you’ll see all of the resorts listed that have a timeshare for rent, resale or exchange. Browsing through each resort’s site will give you information on not only that resort’s amenities, but the timeshares that are available and their specifics. And there are plenty of up-to-date photos to give you a good idea what the resort and the units look like.

How Do I Contact a Timeshare Owner?
When you find an offering you’re interested in, you will contact the owner personally, through an email address or a telephone number. This information is found in the “Details and Contact” section of every posting. At this point, if you’re not already a RedWeek.com member you will be asked to join in order to be able to contact the timeshare owner.

Your membership will also give you access to members’ reviews of that resort, and additional details of the timeshare unit posted by the owner to further assist you in making a decision. If you are unable to connect with the owner to arrange a transaction, notify RedWeek.com within 30 days and you will receive a full refund of your membership fee.

Just wondering if anyone has had this situation before. I am unable to use my Surf Watch timeshare this June so I made an agreement for my niece and her boyfriend to use it. Well they broke up. I had transferred the week into her name. If she joins Redweek will she be able to rent the week on her own or do I have to look into transferring it back into my name and then put in on Redweek?
